Unless the ( the state Legiscritters) have changed the Hazelwood Act, then no. When I went to update my Hazelwood status a few years ago, in preperation for maybe going for a Masters, Hazelwood funds could only be used for credit classes that were part of a recognized degree plan, as recognized/authorized by the Higher Ed Coordinating Board.
