Most of the tech-ware bicycle jerseys being sold today (moisture wicking fabric to keep the chafing and body temp down) are dye-sublimated coloring, so that the jersey is not very, if at all, transparent. Helps to hide body parts that most folks would prefer not be visible, on themselves at least. :thumbs2:

Most bicyclists have a pack, either under the seat or over the rear tire, to carry things like a flat repair kit, spare tube, etc. The one I have on my bike is large enough to fit in two or three 1911's, plus a few hundred rounds.

Or, he might have been wearing a fanny pack.
