Off-duty FWPD officer in hot-water / felon+ Gun and DUI

Seems a couple of ol' boys went out shooting at the street lights last night. Only trouble was that a Tarrant County constable observed them, then followed 'em to an IHOP were FW Police met up with the two: one was an off-cuty FWPD officer, the other, a felon. :banghead:
