+1 for the RUC if buying straight up. BCM is good to go and despite being something of a new-comer, Palmetto State Armory gets good marks also.

Currently eye-balling a new upper... BCM light-weight mid-length + MPI/Auto BCG + Centurion Arms mid-length cut-out rail + Larue fixed rear-sight.
