While I agree with that part, the officer grabbing the bg by the throat and almost chewing on his face while swearing at him should be subject to discipline. Yes, he was scared, yes, he was ashamed that he missed the gun, but at the point that the bg was restrained, he needed to back off not continue holding him by the throat.texanjoker wrote:Disciplined for what?
