I have been to twin peaks plently of times with no issues. Maybe because I know the managers and they know that I tend to carry is why I dont get any feedback from them. But Tilted Kilt is my new place.

I won't patronize twin peaks, they have something against guys that ride bikes, and the tilted kilt here closed. oh well looks like I'll just go to Luby's

This is exactly why we let gunbusters and similar signs alone. They do not pertain to us. If you're caught carrying, don't tell them "well you have the wrong sign up" because that will keep other law-abiding folks from carrying in there.

You sure about that? Based on what you posted had you refused to leave and/or put your gun I your vehicle you'd be I violation of PC 30.06 Criminal Trespass by CHL ... the business is NOT required to post a sign; they can give you "effective notice" orally and it's just as legally valid as a sign.

Next time, don't argue, don't discuss, just get up and leave. If you want to comply by storing your gun in your car and the return that's up to you.

And also, might want to improve your concealment. If a restaurant manager can spot your gun, it may be more obvious of a "bulge" than you think.
