When asked why she thought it didn't pass she said 'the gun lobby must have a strong hold on congress." or something to that effect.
And that was one of the zingers, not one person shown pointing out the the "loophole" is not, by definition, really a loophole.

And the young lady didn't have pone thing on her side - logic.
