I would agree if there weren't so many lazy airheads out there that believe her and subscribe to her way of "thinking".

Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and her chief of staff Saikat Chakrabarti obtained majority control of Justice Democrats PAC in December 2017, according to archived copies of the group’s website, and the two appear to retain their control of the group, according to corporate filings obtained by The Daily Caller News Foundation. If the Federal Election Commission (FEC) finds that the New York Democrat’s campaign operated in affiliation with the PAC, which had raised more than $1.8 million before her June 2018 primary, it would open them up to “massive reporting violations, probably at least some illegal contribution violations exceeding the lawful limits,” former FEC commissioner Brad Smith said.

Isn't Uber a product of capitalism? Interesting double standard.philip964 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 04, 2019 1:25 am https://news.yahoo.com/alexandria-ocasi ... 53500.html
AOC strikes back at NewYork Post article showing that she doesn’t use trains even though her campaign office was 200 ft from a Subway station. Used 29,000 dollars worth of Uber rides even though she condemned them for not paying a living wage, vs NY cabs which she hardly used.
Also spent a lot on air travel even though her race was local.

However, she demonstrated a complete and utter ignorance about the subject matter by the questions she asked and the insinuations she made.Gator Guy wrote: ↑Thu Feb 28, 2019 10:52 am https://www.newsweek.com/ocasio-cortez- ... ng-1346813
After receiving praise for her questioning of Michael Cohen during his testimony before the House Oversight and Reform Committee on Wednesday, Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez attributed her skills to years spent tending bars and waiting on tables.

if he paid an B actress to be quiet about a sexual trist.....ok how is this a crime and if it is...how come other politicians are not being run through the ringer on this this????

I don't think it is unless he paid with campaign finance money. Cohen said it came from his trust account. I imagine Trump operates out of a trust for a lot of his personal stuff.
Cohen is just a disgruntled ex-employee that is colluding with the dems to bring Trump down hoping to improve the chances he can increase the value of and cash in on a book or movie deal. He will probably use his testimony and other assistance to avoid further charges or minimize his time in prison.

She demonstrated just how clueless she is about real estate tax appraisals and well, everything. It's obvious she has never owned a piece of real estate.philip964 wrote: ↑Wed Feb 27, 2019 4:51 pm Right now AOC is speaking live at the Cohen hearing.
She is asking about Trump’s golf courses. Deflating the value of his courses to lower his property taxes.
“How did he do this?” Cohen replied he submitted a lower value to the taxing authorities when submitting a value.
The back and forth is riviting.
Unfortunately, there are many out there that know just about as much as she does and will run with that thinking she scored major points against Trump.

She is still an idiot but there were incentives being offered to Amazon. I know she isn't bright enough to recognized and calculate net effects and ROI (return on incentives)

Incentives
Each of the 238 cities vying to become Amazon’s second home offered the company incentives far more significant than a giant cactus or even something as major as its very own city -- which Atlanta did, according to the Journal-Constitution. Companies do not always publicly reveal the details of the financial incentives they're offered, but Amazon was forthright about the enticements it received.
From New York State, Amazon received “performance-based direct incentives of $1.525 billion based on the company creating 25,000 jobs in Long Island City.”
Amazon also signaled its intention to apply for additional incentives from the Big Apple.

She's pleased NY isn't getting more six figure jobs and is pushing for more $15 minimum wage jobs. Only a complete idiot would think this is the best thing for her constituents.
