Stockholders are suing WF now. Many say they bought the stock based on false performance reports.

Txglock, Apparently a lot of their customers have had a much different experience since over 5000 employees were fired for fraud involving many of Wells Fargo customers. Glad you were spared the headache many of their customers suffered.

It didn't say Hogue had already switched to Wells. They just said they had made the decision to work with Wells after Wells pursued them. Suing is way overused and it doesn't sound like there is a ground for a suit. I think publicizing the situation and then utilizing a local or regional bank is the best move.

I also don't believe it's appropriate to view people of color or handicapped persons as "special snowflakes". Too many entitled snowflakes suing people is much to blame on our current situation.

I believe it is the result of "operation choke point" and the feds putting pressure on the big banks. It's an attenpt at backdoor gun control.

Hogue should find a larg local or regional bank with whom to do their banking. I bet they would get better terms and setvices of they did.
