Seems crazy to me it will be ok to carry at a college sporting event but not pro or high school. Are we sure it will be legal at college games? I had it in my head the games would still be off limits but the stadium would have to post for non-athletic events.

I find pages 19 and 20 of the latest version particularly of interest. Seems they are leaning to reasonable suspicion other than just carrying a firearm openly being required to stop and demand to see one's license.
Several current and former members have strongly argued reasonable suspicion other than carrying isn't required. Since these folks would be on the hook for funding a defense and paying a judgrment, I think their opinion is pretty well founded.

The interesting thing is, TML also operates a self insured risk pool from which many cities and county government obtain their insurance coverage. In the event someone sues an entity insured by TML risk pool, they will be the ones to provide the coverage and defense. They have a lot riding on this.
