Some bad apples in every bushel. I think it is also a loss of their CHL for a period of time. They shouldn't be quite so cavalier about breaking the law.

Roy, Considering the tense of the question, I took it he acknowledged carrying at the moment.

Interesting first post. I'm always a little suspicious when a newby's first post throws out a scenario of someone breaking the law and then asking if we condone it.
CHL holders are law abiding citizens and we do not promote breaking the law. If we werent, we wouldn't qualify for the license.
