From what we have seen of Holder, why would any serious person ask him anything?

State prosecutors can carry whatever the state allows. Federal prosecutors probably can carry whether state law allows or not. I bet the FBI agents in Chicago are plenty well armed, and the prosecutors too if they chose to be. I sure would be.
