Every once in a while, some guy who takes an idea and turns it into quite a few billions gets the idea that he knows everything, and what is best for everybody.
It used to be those guys were too proud to run for elective office, so they had only indirect influence, plenty enough.
The kind of people he deals with probably do need a nanny state to watch over them. Most of the folks I saw in LA the other day certainly fit that bill.
