Just talked to RDS said my app.had been sent to a tech. Asked the young women what this meant she said she did not know. Has this happened to anyone else? And what doe it mean thanks.Confused

Received my confirmation email, called last week said they hadn't received my paperwork for completing my CHL Class, that person checked and it was received. Called again today same thing. I gave them the information she told me it had not been attached to my packet, I ask what I needed to do and she said she would send an email letting them know all of my paperwork was in. I let her know, I know a person that sent theirs in 5 days after me and already had their plastic. She informed me it was totally random and they were flooded with applications. Received confirmation email 5/15
