However many it takes to get to 9-10pm when the postponed bills will take precedence.
Hard to believe that ALL of this is for the sole purpose of avoiding SB11.

Isn't our system wonderful?

On the ethics bill, a legislator is explaining to legislators, how legislators get paid, because you know, they wouldn't know that information ...

Since they're so interested in this bill, why not slide in SB11 in as an amendment...

Hah I knew it. Sb11 was up next but I took time out anyway to go to a restaurant, ordered and ate a steak, and even had a glass of wine.....came back home and they're still not on sb 11.

I understand that.

SB11 is essentially dead. Strauss isn't going to allow a vote on it.

Does everyone agree? Is there ANY life left in SB11

How many amendments? Are they just going to keep adding them? Is there a cutoff for adding them?

On the surface it seems that some sort of back room deal was struck around 3pm today that is going to get SB11 to the floor before the deadline. Not sure what was given up (guessing it was another bill THEY wanted through), but i have a little more faith than I did 4 hours ago.
