Okay, then my guess is to ensure that the change in penalty from class A misdemeanor to Class C for walking past a 30.06 sign will apply to both 30.06 and 30.07 signs.
The amendment applies to both so written

Jan 1 already happened in House Committee. His bill WAS identical to the senate bill at the start on Friday... but there was one amendment made on Friday, and possibly more today.

Sometimes I really wish a lawyer would chime in and clear things up. Do we have any lawyers on this forum?

Bill hasn't failed the House by any means. Author of the bill requested postponement on voting on the bill to work out some details on an amendment. They are SUPPOSED to get to it today. I'm having my doubts they will have time. But wut does i know? :headscratch

I believe 1690's author is closing now and it's the last item on the calendar. We could be up next w/ 910

There was one other bill that requested to be held until later today.

It just now came up! First working on a "perfection" of the amendment that passed on Friday
