We now have it on record that OCT killed the chances for unlicensed open carry!

As I understood the discussion it was to lower the penalty for going past a 30.06 as long as you leave if/when asked to leave.thetexan wrote:How did the amendment change 30.06?
I have not had a change to read it in detail and compare.

I also just noticed that Stickland was wearing a blingy AR15 lapel pin.

Charles,
Do you think this will this get through the Senate with the last amendment added?

Too bad Stickland didn't listen to that explanation. He could grow some character, but refuses to listen.

I can't wait to watch OCT try to wriggle out from under the dark shadow they've cast over themselves.Pawpaw wrote:We now have it on record that OCT killed the chances for unlicensed open carry!

There is the chance to leave.CrimsonSoul wrote:That amendment makes it look like if they are on the property and are told that a concealed handgun isn't welcome there then they are automatically guilty without being given a chance to leave?
