How did the amendment change 30.06?

As I understood the discussion it was to lower the penalty for going past a 30.06 as long as you leave if/when asked to leave.

I have not had a change to read it in detail and compare.

That amendment makes it look like if they are on the property and are told that a concealed handgun isn't welcome there then they are automatically guilty without being given a chance to leave?
