Anyone else have to email papers to a manager?

#1

Post by spod0341 »

I submitted all my papers electronically, received email confirmation. When I called they said they didn't get the DD-214 or my CHL-100. So I did it again, called a few days later and was told they never got them so the lady gave me her managers email. I got a response from the manager stating my application would now be moved along for processing.

My question is.... Have y'all experienced this? And if so how long was your wait?

The same thing happened to me and my father. After I sent in the supervisor a email my status changed 30 days later. My total time from time I sent all the paperwork in is 66 days so far plastic has been "in the mail" for 9 days.
I just emailed the supervisor dads chl 100 and dd214 today

Good luck.

All papers received March 11th, my military service has been verified and when I called yesterday the lady said that they are reviewing my background check and they have about a month or so left to complete it.

Have you had any progress on your fathers CHL yet? 30 days for me would be the 11th of this month and when I called last week they said they said that my military service had been verified and that they had applied the address change I requested to my application. Now they said all we're waiting on now is the background check. Hoping it's about a month like yours. Not carrying is rough after being licensed in another state for the past 6 years.
