Yeah I got an email yesterday that said they never got my dd214. I replied back and attached it again to be forwarded along. I really hope my packet hasnt been sitting there waiting with no progress because of this. Packet was submitted on feb 21st.

Did yall call after submitting your papers to see if they actually got them? I'm thinking about doing that today.
Infantrymac, sorry to hear about the DD214, I wonder how they get some stuff through online submission and yet loose some.

3/10/15 called this morning only to hear that they are still waiting for my supporting docs and told to call back in a week to check again

The same thing happened to me. They told me that it could take up to 30 days to receive my electric documents witch is a crock of bull _______. Here is what I finally did. If the don't have your documents they don't know when you sent them so call them back and tell them that you sent them over 30 days ago and they will give you a supervisor email to send them to. Then you will get a email back with in an hour to tell you she got it and that she hill send it through. If they don't have your documents by now they are not going to have them next week.

I called today after emailing my DD214 and CHL 100 and receiving email confirmation both times. Today they said they still didn't have them. Some other members have posted about emailing a manager their documents here in the forum so I asked if I could do that. The First Lady said no, just mail in the papersTo us, so I called back and spoke to another woman who gave me her supervisors email after I explained my situation to her.

I sent the manager my papers and got a prompt response. This afternoon I called back and they said they had received all my required documentation including the fingerprints and my application is going in to processing.

I would have been pretty bummed if a month had gone by and I had just went off of the confirmation emails!

What a Jumbled process compared to getting a Virginia resident permit.

Ok so I called today to check if they got my dd214 that I emailed to a manager on monday. Yes it was recieved and my fingerprints are good to go. I guess Im just waiting on background check now. He said they could go ahead and check with the state without the dd214 but had to wait on federal with the fbi until my packet was complete.

Do they inform you via email? Do they post status changes on ur account as well? Just turned in my stuff

Got my status change today ! 38 Days after submitting documents. Not sure why, but I can't wait.

I'm glad I found this forum, because I felt like I was going crazy with the wait.

If you feel like you have been waiting forever, feel free to call the number to make sure they really have all your stuff. Just don't bother them constantly.
