Laylah Peterson you have never heard her name
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article ... tinue.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Five year old little girl shot and killed while sitting on grandpas knee.
Her relatives allowed her heart to save another child.
12 bullets were fired at the house by persons unknown.
The little girl is Caucasian, she lives in a predominately Africa American neighborhood.
Yeah, you never saw, heard or read a thing about till now.
RIP

Re: Laylah Peterson you have never heard her name
I had, poor child. May heaven give joy to that angel and comfort to her family. But I look at conservative news sites. They need to find the wretches that did that and prosecute them for her murder. I really don't give 2 cents why they did it, they purposefully murdered a child. A firing squad would be most appropriate.
SAHM to four precious children. Wife to a loving husband.

The article I saw said the authorities believed that specific house had not been targeted, but I find 12 rounds kinda' hard to believe as stray shots.philip964 wrote:http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article ... tinue.html

The problem from the MSM narrative point of view appears to be that the racial elements are not properly aligned for a good story.

dailymail.co.uk never loses an opportunity to run stories that paint guns in a negative light.
The murder of a 5 year old girl by those Americans fits perfectly with their "guns are evil" meme.
I think as I write this, I have just decided to no longer give them any advertising revenue from my click stream. I am done with them.

While I'm not going to argue whether your viewpoint on the why's and wherefore's of news coverage are decided by race, I will point out that this story has been covered by many different main stream media organizations:Excaliber wrote:The problem from the MSM narrative point of view appears to be that the racial elements are not properly aligned for a good story.

My prayers go out to the family. I'm sure she is in a better place as an innocent child. I agree that death for those responsible is appropriate, but I'm not sure about the firing squad....too quick for something like this IMHO...mamabearCali wrote:I had, poor child. And every article fails to mention the race of the shooters, who are reported to be two black males. They're still touting the "stray bullet" nonsense. Do you seriously believe this is the same coverage we'd be getting if two white males walked up to a house blindly firing 12 rounds into it and killing a five year old black girl in her grandpa's lap. Four words....Trayvon Martin and Micheal Brown.n5wd wrote:While I'm not going to argue whether your viewpoint on the why's and wherefore's of news coverage are decided by race, I will point out that this story has been covered by many different main stream media organizations:Excaliber wrote:The problem from the MSM narrative point of view appears to be that the racial elements are not properly aligned for a good story.

And those two cases weren't even blindly firing. Those were two people defending themselves against an attacker.VMI77 wrote: And every article fails to mention the race of the shooters, who are reported to be two black males. When we think of recent deaths by gun, these are the two that come to mind, however as the poster after this one correctly pointed out they are not callous shootings, both of these were people defending themselves.VMI77 wrote:And every article fails to mention the race of the shooters, who are reported to be two black males. I'm sure at the time Trayvon Martin was shot, most of us could not possibly imagine that in just a year or so, a street thug, who had just robbed a store, who would then, when stopped by a police officer, beat him and attempt to take his gun, would be honored by the President of the United States, by having no less than three of his staff attend the man's funeral. Then the poor police officer, who apparently was only doing his job and only trying to come home to his family after his shift was over, would be drug through an even a greater heck than George Zimmerman.

Re: Laylah Peterson you have never heard her name
I chose those incidents for the contrast. The sadder irony is that if it had been a little black girl on her grandpa's lap shot by black gang bangers, say on the southside of Chicago, it would be a blip on the news radar, if we heard about it at all. The media only cares about the narrative, not the people who get killed, and the narrative is designed to divide people, for purposes of manipulation and control.philip964 wrote:When we think of recent deaths by gun, these are the two that come to mind, however as the poster after this one correctly pointed out they are not callous shootings, both of these were people defending themselves.VMI77 wrote:And every article fails to mention the race of the shooters, who are reported to be two black males. I don't fear guns; I fear voters and politicians that fear guns.
