I check my status and it's still no info but I get a letter today to clarify a background issue not a problem but still my status shows like the haven't even seen mine all paperwork in on sept 20th maybe a Christmas present

I had the same happen to me - I sent all ppwk online together, however when I called for status update later, they stated they had not received my CHL-100. I had to resubmit. Received my plastic today.

Finger Prints: 09/20
Class: 09/21
Uploaded DD214 with all documents: 09/23
Called & found out DPS didn't receive CHL-100: 10/15
Re-submitted CHL-100: 10/15
Status update: 10/31
Plastic Arrived: 11/5

Same here, submitted everything online was told chl 100 not received, mailed all docs just in case.
