A really interesting live rendition of Miss Wynette's signature tune.
The amped up pedal steel and over-saturated Telecaster provide a 60's "Texas" tone to the recording.

The forerunner to The Summit was the Sam Houston Coliseum. It hosted a an impressive number of early rock'n'roll acts including The Beatles on Aug. 19, 1965
Also known for the first Beatles U.S. concert performance bootleg recording.

You'd post something like this?
"It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark, and we're wearing sunglasses." ?

This year some of my older friends are referring to their birthdays as their "Beatles Year".
