Actually, I think I'm even more confused now. You have to disclose things and certify that you've read things before submitting an application. It would certainly be illegal for an instructor to apply for you.
8/24/2014 - CHL class
8/30/2014 - Applied online for CHL and submitted forms
9/4/2014 - Fingerprints
9/18/2014 - Plastic in Hand

At least the type-A personalities in here can calm down now "rlol"
Chl-100 is not an application that's what confused us.

Agreed
And did the instructor pay the application fee as well? ?

Application submitted on 9/3
Fingerprinting on 9/5
CHL Course on 9/6
Docs uploaded on 9/7
Status Change........
Status Change on 9/19 at approximately 10:30 am. So I guess I should have license in hand by this week unless it gets lost in the mail.

Also, I also had a letter stating they hadn't received my fingerprints but I also called like dw025's post and they said to disregard. Everything was received. Whats going on with that?

Can you please try to clear up the confusion. An instructor should not apply for you. That would be highly illegal. You have to pay for the application as well. Did he pay for your application. It's obvious something was done, as you cannot get fingerprinted until you have applied, but I am highly concerned that you are saying that someone else completed your application for you.

I've been lurking around here for a couple weeks now, but now I finally have something to post.

Application & Class 9/14
Fingerprints 9/17
Uploaded documents 9/17
Confirmation of documents being received 9/22
Status Change 11/13

Sigh. I don't like waiting.

We are on exactly the same schedule, my fiancé's paper work wasn't submitted until 9-21 and they still sent her confirmation before mine yesterday morning (9-22).

You guys are both ahead of us. We took our class 9-13, everything done and submitted 9-15 but we haven't received any confirmations and the site still has the generic "if you have submitted.... wait for processing time....." message.

Major bummer.

Fingerprints - 9/5
CHL Class - 9/6
Submitted docs online - 9/7
Confirmation - 9/8
Ability to make changes online - 9/23

Based on what I'm reading here (and elsewhere) I'm expecting to have my license at the end of the week. I'll update this when I get it.
