My gun also didn't jump out of its holster and start randomly attacking fellow shoppers. So I've got that going for me...which is nice.
Well you must be an exception to the rule! :anamatedbanana

No one is obligated to shop at Target.

Undoubtedly, their request is a weak kneed appeal to all elements of gun control and pro gun folk too, after all it's a request...

Of course, they could do like some brave restaurant owners and welcome gun folk, but they're a big corporation and have to behave like gut-less politicians.

I just saw it as being polite to all parties, but I guess that's just me.

Looks like a chopped up version of TABC blue sign.

Correct. In the Forum shopping center. Hadn't been in there in some time. Was on the look out for any "correct" signage that would have kept me and my money out.

At least they are confirming they allow legal concealed carry.

Looks to me like a half hearted attempt to appease the whiney mom's of bloomberg. :thumbs2:

That was my take on this. It was on the wall between the Blue TABC signage and another sign about how you can contact the TABC if you have a complaint about the sale of alcohol.

Someone took time to make a sing that mentioned that licensed concealed carry is allowed!

They just don't want to be a pawn in the Open Carry activist game. Can't say that I blame them after seeing the way the folks at Open Carry Texas conduct themselves.
