Doesn't say he was drinking, just said he failed a field sobriety test. Still a sad situation. Prayers for the family.

Headline says he was a town car driver. Article says he was driving a van.
If the van could transport 16 or more passengers, it would require a CDL. Wonder what was required.

Article does not say that he had been drinking alcohol, but did state that he failed a sobriety test. One can only wonder what intoxicants were in his system... Well we will wonder only until the blood test results come back. Vehicular manslaughter. Ouch, what a way to wind up in prison.
