If you carry a gun, people call you paranoid. Nonsense! If you carry a gun, what do you have to be paranoid about?

Hi everyone! I just discovered this great forum and wanted to start taking part! My fiancee and I are planning on getting our CHLs in September for our dating anniversary (along with my father--the family that shoots together stays together after all) so this seems like a nice place to start getting friendly. :D

Age: 26
Gender: Female
Profession/school status: Manager at a dog boarding facility, nothing like playing with dogs for a living :D
Marital status: Engaged to the best guy in the world! Wedding date set for next year.
Years CHL: Planning on trying to get one this fall
Location: Live in North Dallas
Carry guns/equipment: I own a Walther PK380 that I'm planning on using as my primary.
Looking into the best holster to get once I have my license, but I'm leaning towards compression shorts with holster for when I'm out running (the main time I want to carry), and a bra holster or inside the waistband holster for everyday carry.

This is the compression shorts holster I'm looking at if you aren't familiar: http://www.thewellarmedwoman.com/holste ... ndershorts" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Oh and I wanted to add that while I'm new to concealed carry, I'm far from a beginner shooter. Grew up with guns, go to the range every other week, gone hunting a few seasons, was in ROTC in college and did my M9 and M16 quals, got my shotgun under the bed and so forth and so on.
