+1 Yup, you do have to cinch it tight, but it holds fine.tobasco wrote:I got the 5.11 and ran with it today. The G29 was a snug fit, which is good, but it actually worked pretty well even with such a big gun. Just have to cinch it up it up tight. The straps are wide so they don't cut in to your sides. Seems to be a well thought out design.

1st things first, don'g jog! You need to run!
Look at any news story, every news story is about a jogger being robbed! Very rare when a "runner" gets robbed.

Its a crappy way to go but i use my holster with my belt and over my shorts. This worked when I had a 27. Now that I am using a 29 went running for the first time two days ago, way to heavy. Reason I don't like any of the items mentioned is they all require two hands to draw.

I carry a gun so I do not have to run. But I have when I do I choose Pistolwear.http://pistolwear.com/

Neoprene belly band with a shoulder strap. And as far a sweat its a glock. Just oil it afterwards.

Best piece of kit I have ever purchased. I own the Original Kit Bag (The largest one), and have hiked/backpacked/jogged with it. Comfortable and fairly easy to draw from. The runners kit bag or "snubby" would be better suited to jogging. Quality construction and great company.
