Sent all of the required paperwork Feb 26 via mail, and the website says they are still waiting on the receipt of required materials. Is this normal?

I sent mine in via RDS (online) February 24th and got my 1st status update 39 days later. I called today and was told I am 100% complete and should see an update in the morning (They only update status in the morning between 6am and 8am from what I understand). I would call even though they may tell you the normal wait time is 60 days. It seems there is no rhyme or reason on when they process these things. Some peoples takes 3 weeks and some take 100 or more days. I would still call to make sure. If you get the disconnect message I would wait a little bit and call back. I seem to get lucky every few tries.
