At least he wasn't overcharged..
the teen was cited for violating a city ordinance that prohibits soliciting in and alongside roadways.

After he was arrested in the mall and now out on the street in the suit, I think he may be a banana nut muffin. :banghead:

The guy in the suit isn't the owner. He's a kid that was hired to wear the suit. What's funny is you can drive threw Beaumont any day of the week and see plenty of solicitors on the street. Especially the Lady Liberty suit wearing tax people.

You are correct! I read the story too fast and missed that part.

Poe should be charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Hopefully he will a-peel, since he's facing a bunch of charges.

And they ruined his day-o.

All of this hoopla around this guy makes me want to go to his shop tomorrow. I want to see if he's way out there or just a strong supporter of our rights.

Neither. He is playing the OC crowd to advertise his store. ;-)

That guy Poe is an example of what is wrong with the open carry movement in Texas. They never think beyond their next breath. He caused the Mall to post 30.06 signage and then said it was everyone else's fault than his.
