Scaling to population, it sounds like Nuevo Progreso is only five times as bad a Chicago. I guess that's some consolation but I still don't plan to go to either city, especially when I can't legally carry.
I sincerely apologize to anybody I offended by suggesting the Second Amendment also applies to The People who don't work for the government.

I went with the nano 200 gun vault. It did its job while we were in Nueva Progresso, Mexico.
