The Academy in Katy has all handgun ammo in stock including .22LR. There is a two box limit on 9mm and .22LR and the prices were ok. They had the 50 rd American Eagle .22LR for $2.20.

Thanks to early Saturday morning grocery shopping, I found that the Wally World on DeZavala in San Antonio has the Federal 22lr 550 packs for $19.77, and I've not seen them for a long time. There were three boxes left about an hour ago. Academy at 1604 and NW Military has EVERYTHING! 22lr is still behind the counter, but they have it. They had several ammo can .223 available as well, for around $400/1000

More of a pony drum. 1/4 the size of a regular 55 gal drum. They were ruffle $6700 at the Academy at 1604 & I35 a few weeks ago. My co-worker asked they kid at the counter if they sell many of them, kid said 3 that he knows of. 1 to a LE agency the other two were sold to another gentleman at two separate time. So some where, there is a guy with 25,000 rounds of 5.56.

Wally World in NRH (North Richland Hills, N. Tarrant at Davis) has 150-round packs of AE 5.56x45 (M855, 62gr FMJ) for $70 + tax ($75/pack OTD, $0.50/round all-in). 3-pack limit. Looked to be about 25-30 packs remaining after mine about an hour ago.

The listing is for 1000rounds

I see they have since fixed the typo and the listed quantity is now only 20 - given there reputation it will be interesting to see if they honor the $5.74 per 1000 that I ordered

The order confirmation I got back is also for 1000 rounds

otherwise I'd not have bothered ordering...which is why I suspect it's a typo

I'm in a similar spot with them. Any update on what you got? Did they notify you of the error at all with an option to cancel the order or proceed with the new price? I started a thread here with those questions: viewtopic.php?f=23&t=70451#p874819

Does this happen often with them? If it's a pattern, a case could be made that they are engaging in deceptive practices.

Are you folks saying they sold you 1000 rounds for 5.74... total!??? Wow, if they did and actually send it, that would be quite the screw up on their part. I thought you were excited about 5.74 per box which is why I posted the link I did.
