Online renewal help

Hi,
I just filled the renewal application online and i got the following message after I completed payment:

"Complete the Application Process
YOUR REQUEST IS NOT COMPLETE until all required materials and documents on your checklist are received by TxDPS."

I thought nothing was needed since a class is no longer required, and they will use the same picture and fingerprints. Does anyone know what other documents I need to provide?

Im not sure but I think you have to send the Bar code sheet in after you pay.

Did you email the conformation back to them?

You must convert the conformation email into a pdf, jpeg etc... upload it and send it back.

Don't even have to do that, you can simply email or call them & tell them you paid online for your renewal.

I Got MY Chl Renewal In The mail Yesterday i put my online app in on sept3rd thank god i'm legal again
