Suggestion:

Repackage the deal into 3 parts:

1. Gun / Magazines / Holsters
2. Primers / bullets / tumbled brass
3. Loaded ammo

Someone who wanted all 3 packages could still do that, but you wouldn't be limiting yourself to the very small subset of buyers who want all 3 and have over $2,000 to spend. Three folks who each buy one part will get you to the same place, and quite likely a lot faster.
