Mailed my paperwork on August 4th. Still no update when I check status. I had no idea you could actually upload all of this to DPS. Learned that from another thread in this forum.
I'm hoping it is quick turnaround as I've never had anything but a minor traffic ticket (and those were years ago), and a lot of people are probably waiting for September to do CHL when the new rules kick in.

Mine went in July 16 and hasn't even updated to say they got the paperwork yet. I've never gotten gotten a traffic ticket or even ever been pulled over, so I don't think that makes any difference.

I passed the background check in 1 day. I have been through many, which is the only reason I can figure it went that fast.

Mailed everything in on August 5th. License being mailed today. I'll have a 14 turnaround time, which is amazing!
