It was nice to meet everyone! Good food and good times...albeit too many french fries!

Very pleasant indeed. It seemed like a pretty good group. Everyone was very kind, and if anyone didn't enjoy it, they kept it awfully well hidden.

After more than 50 years of amateur radio, I am quite used to the concept of having friends I've never met, and the pleasure of eventually meeting them.

Jay took a couple of pictures. I'm not sure if he intends to post them or offer them to the highest bidder. He doesn't have anything to worry about. He was with his wife!

We ought to do something like that from time to time.
Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me.

Thanks for sharing those pictures, and congratulations for getting the names in there.

I wish I could remember everyone's REAL name now.

Just think, all those CHL'd gun owners there and not one problem, no children harmed, or threatened, everyone behaved themselves within tolerable limits, and parted friends. Remarkable!

Jay, how was the play?

I think I remember SATX-scrub saying something like "this is the safest five guys anywhere right now" :)

I assume a lot of us were carrying but it's only an assumption - concealed really meant concealed, I didn't see anything that would have told me for sure that anyone was packing - and that's how it should be.

Of course, I can't see myself so if I messed that up as the "carry noob" please let me know. ;-) (really, though, I'm sure someone would have said something so I figure I was fine :) )

Good times! And no, I didn't notice anyone um... overtly demonstrating their rights.

Jay, how was the play?
"Ragtime" was amazing! Very well produced performance. The theme is very relevant and will move you. Of course, my baby girl was fantastic

If you get an opportunity I encourage you to go see it.

BTW: I saw SlowDave afterward at St. Philips for the jazz concert and children's performance. What a coincidence.

Yes, the bald guy in the blue shirt was me, Longdog. Did I make that shirt look fat? It was great to meet all of you.

These pictures are great! Thanks.
