He should not be fired.

He should be put in jail and the DOJ cleaned out.
God Bless America, and please hurry.

He's more than welcome to resign, perhaps with the mood of the congress and the citizenry we'll get a AG that will support the constitution. His resignation won't shield him from prosecution should an investigation find him culpable in illegal activity.

That would be true whether he is in office or not. And, if Holder is in a prosecutor's sights what makes you think that Mr. Obama isn't also. Mr. Nixon was unable to provide executive clemency for his close associates who wound up in prison, such could be the case here also.

It is going to take several years to clear out all the crooks in office.

Wasn't Holder up to his ears in the Waco killing of those kids and others in that compound?

The Holder Department of Justice went judge shopping with criminal warrants for James Rosen.

Two separate judges refused to offer DOJ the ability to secretly search the contents of Rosen’s e-mail account. A third judge, Royce C. Lamberth, appealed the decision and overturned the order of the two judges.

Holder's request for an "off-the-record" meeting with the press has been roundly thumped. Only Politico plans to attend the meeting, even the HoPo and NY Times said no.

Liberal water bearers (press) seem to be sloshing the jug after the Justice Dept. started investigating them.

And only an idiot couldn't have seen this coming - but then liberals are idiots, so there you go.

It never seems to occur to bozos that if they can get away with murder, so can their opponents. And all it takes is a change of administrations for the hammer to fall on the other side. That's why the rule of law is so important. It protects EVERYONE.
