But, but...where's the Ultra CDP in the CTAC? I thought we were twins, but then you decide on the EMP in an Answer...?

The XD is my second-favorite platform, and that one looks like a two-tone with a brushed-stainless slide. A 9mm?

Cross-draw carry is very comfortable for those who have the abs to pull it off. Can be a retention threat, though. I don't carry cross-draw (ahem), but if I were to do so, I think I might want a holster with a retention strap and a solid belt loop rather than a single clip.

We need many more women CHLers. Good on ya! Image

And that would be my first-favorite platform. ;-)

My daily CCW, Glock 19 w/ Speer Gold Dot 9mm 124gr JHP. I got 3 different holster for this. Got a Galco OWB, Federal IWB, and Belly Band Holster.

Police Magnum OC-17% Pepper Spray and a Gerber EVO Jr. folding knife.

If plan A fails, must always have plan B and C. Glad I invested into a belly band holster. It can store all these with no problems at all. These are my daily carry when I'm at school since schools are gun free zone. I've been carrying these for awhile now. Campus police have seen these clipped inside my pocket, but they have not say a word to me yet, so I will continue on carrying it.

The Kimber just returned from the custom shop last week and I have not made it to the range yet. I have tried everyting to get the EMP to fail again and it hasn't happened, so for now it's on my side. It's C-Tac is eagerly awaiting it's return.

1. Yes, XD9 Sub compact, Slide is shiny due to holster wear. It shows i always carry. Since that picture last summer I have installed Truglo TFOs and that is a major advantage at night. Also got some pearce grip extensions for the carry magazines.

2. No retention issues. That is a picture of my back. It is in the 5 o'clock position and i use my right hand. No cross draw. I run, jump, and have tumbled a few times with no issues of slippage. NONE.

3. Retention strap is extra time that is not wanted when trying to unholster in a in a life or death situation. Single clip works great for me. Best holster for the buck in my opion. Highnoons Split Decision Holster

I also have a Highnoons Topless holster that is lined. Used it once or twice. its an OWB and while more comfy, only my winter jacket will conceal it.

4. This one is VERY important. Im NOT a women....  Just skinnier than most. 5'7" and 120lbs.

So I took my new Hi-Power to the range today. I like it a lot. Here's to my new daily carry!

Please pardon the excess oil and lint. I had just cleaned it and realized the sun was going down and I needed to get the pictures quickly.

Very nice HP, NcongruNt!

I see it came with a commander hammer. That should keep it from biting you. How does it shoot?
