I used to be a member. ;) I haven't been a member for ~10 years, though; the drive is too long now. :(

There are a lot of members on this forum (me included)

I go every 2-3 weeks and shoot for about 2 hours at a time.

I don't have any revolvers, but wouldn't mind a meet up sometime

Heading out there this Sunday with 2 of my buddies. Between the 3 of us, we're going to get the whole run of the place.... except for air soft & archery.

I live in the Cypress area northwest of Houston, but I'm a PSC member. I don't get out there as often as I'd like, but I still consider it a good value despite the drive.

Apropos of nothing, I saw a bobcat at PSC two weeks ago. It was sitting directly underneath the 300yd target on range 1. At other times there have been hawks perched on the 50 yard target frame while targets on that frame were being shot at. It's interesting to note how accustomed they are to guns, and, I suppose, how trusting they are in the accuracy of the shooters.

I'm in the same area... Still a long drive, but I agree it's a good value. If I had the time. :)

PSC Waitlist Status

#70

Post by xring »

Does anyone know approximately where the member committee is on the waitlist. I am coming up on the one year mark without any contact. I am trying to be patient but I shot there as a guest last week and it made me antsy again. Lots of facility improvements going on. Any info is appreciated .

There's a rabbit that hangs around Bay A. I've had to stop shooting to run him off the berm. I think he growled.

I am in the same boat. I used to be a member, but let it go a few years ago. I have been on the wait list and am eager to get back my membership status. I still get all the emails -- they are a reminder of what i'm missing out on! I would also like an update on quickly or slowly they are adding members.

It is my understanding that new memberships are being processed now. If you are on the waiting list be sure to check your e-mails.
