what are the range rules regarding our empty brass? Is it ok with them to retrieve our own spent brass?

Yes. Just use good sense, i.e. don't go forward of the firing line until "cease fire" has been called.

I'll be coming barring any unforseen conflicts, I need to sight in the .308 at 100 yards.

Of every one shows up I'm gonna need name tags to keep everybody straight. At my age I can barely remember who I am. :lol:

.223 55 GR FMJ - $0.69/round I have 1000 rounds in bulk, would like to keep some of it just in case i need it.
