CHL In Hand

On line application, finger prints, etc done in November 2012.

Class Feb 2, 2013
1st update Feb. 24th, 2013 all material received.
Background completed March 11th, 2013
Manufactured March 15th, 2013
Mailed March 17th, 2013 (Updated on web site Sunday)
Received March 23rd, 2013.

A little FYI, I looked at the post mark on the envelope and it was dated March 21st, 2013. That being said, even though the web site said mailed March 17th it wasn't until March 21st, 2013.
