What the heck???

That's terrible!!

Sorry Brett! :(

Now I'm starting to wonder if the mail lady got mine mixed up with another address. I receive mail addressed to someone else a lot, sometimes I wonder how much of my mail goes to their address by accident. I usually get important letters I've been waiting on though. So mad right now!!! :mad5 :mad5 :mad5
Alvin, isn't exactly a major mail hub.. The 2/13 mailed people who got them today likely live in hub cities like Houston or Dallas proper. Those of us in fringe areas just need to wait an extra day.
You are probably right. As I said earlier though, I have had issues with receiving mail addressed to a 122 address when mine is 112. Just kinda gets me a little scared that maybe the same happens with some of my mail getting put in the 122 box. Unfortunately I don't know the people at the other address and they don't speak english so I have some issues with trying to go ask them about it. I'm sure I'll get it this week though, I'm trying to stay optimistic!
Any luck today, Brett?
It's a holiday, I don't think there is post today..

Well, about two weeks ago now, I received the "We got your attachments" notice about my required docuemts, but my status still says, "waiting on documents." Maybe my stuff got sent to an EXTRA special specialist.

How long are y'all seeing the time difference between "Manufacturing" and "Mailed"? Few days?

Spoke too early...it was "pending MFG" on Sunday and Monday. Today it updated to "MFG" today.

Hopefully it'll mail out soon (ie, TOMORROW) and I can get my grubby hands on it before the end of the week. :cheers2:

FINALLY AN UPDATE.

Here is my timetable.

Dec 18 2012: applied online (paid with CC)
Jan 03 2013: fingerprints submitted
Jan 19 2013: completed CHL class

In the meantime I have received my MultiHolster kydex holster in the mail. I have made a homemade press and started making some custom mag holsters for myself and friends. So close.

Sent my renewal package in in the first week of January, called yesterday to check on the status, and they said it has been issued, and should get the "new: plastic in in about ten days...

BTW, I did a bad thing and let the certification lapse this time, my bad, I thought I had till next year, this year to renew...But I got 'er dun...

I did not have to send in fingerprints, photos, just the course completion form, $35, and copy of my DD-214 (again, just in case) and a stamp on the snailmail envelope...

I suspect that I will have to send in a new electronic set of fingerprints, and maybe a new photo next time, cuz I ain't gettin' any younger, but that is way down the road... ;-)
