I should shoot my friend who traded me a HK P7 PSP. I went and traded some other pistols and I now have a P7 M13. I think they are the greatest. Just my opinion.george wrote:BUT, now that I have found the love of my life: i.e. H&K P7, that is what I'll have on around town from now on.

I carry a semi-auto. I prefer the higher magazine capacity and function of the semi-suto. Although the revolvers are simple to operate and can be very light and concealable, I find the semi-auto's (some) just as reliable and better overall for ME. I think it comes down to personal preference because I see both being reliable, concealable, accurate and able to store a sufficient number of rounds.
The one thing I'd like to point out is that recoil on the semi-auto's is noticeably lighter which I also prefer.

SA, I like the capicity. 16+1 and two spare mags= 49. Ok, Ok a little over kill (pardon the pun). I also like wheel guns but don't currently own one but I'm planning on changing that ASAP.
If guns kill people, then I can blame mispelled words on my pencil

I voted both. I've had my CHL less than a year and only recently started carrying regularly. I've been carrying a Taurus M85 .38 Spl. as I thought my S&W M&P40 was too big. I just finished wearing the M&P40 for three days and found it comfortable and easily concealed if I dress around it (hawaiian shirts or extra large shirts).

I carry a Glock 30 IWB.
I carried a S&W M28 while in DPS...that tells you how long ago that was. I really liked that. I still have a Ruger Security Six that I bought new when they first came out...S/N 150-xxxxx. Great revolver.
Have had 1911's and loved those but the G-30 works well for me and I love .45ACP. 10+1 plus 13 more on those occarions when I carry an extra mag.
For the rare occasions when I need for DEEP concealment, East German Makarov in a Kramer Confidant undershirt.
Jeez, I like them all.

Both!!!
Up until I recently purchased my S&W 686 with a 2.5 inch barrel I was a died-in-the-wool auto fan. Now I like both. I would carry either with no hesitation.
BTW, my auto is a Taurus PT145.
