Let's not turn this into a "best caliber for self defense" thread. But I beg to differ. I carry a Glock 19 in a IWB Comp-Tac Minataur holster along with a spare Glock 17 magazine in a Comp-Tac spare mag holder. My G19 has night sights and all magazines have Winchester 115gr hollow self-defense factory loads. My IWB holster provides me all-day comfort such that I can only feel its presence without discomfort!
