Glad I found this thread. I mailed the package a couple weeks ago and my buddy who mailed his certified 4-5 weeks ago said they received it but his status still hasn't changed.
I made backup scans of all my documents just in case.

Monday will be nine weeks since submission on completed package. Has anyone been approved who submitted their documentation in November?

The state was closed for several days in there, and you can be sure on the work days some employees probably took vacation as did most of the country.
