my background review has been under review since Dec 3, has anyone experience long background reviews and how long?

From the vibe im getting on other threads, It sounds like the Internet updates are woefully behind. I'm still waiting on them to claim my paperwork.

everything has been recieved and print has been pending since 12/3/12, my wife just got hers today and her online stutus said mailed on 12/10/12, i do have an assault charge from 2004 of which i wasnt convicted would that affect the background prosses or would it even keep me from obtaining a chl

I called on Monday. They told me mine was with the eligbility review team since 12/03. I knew they'd have to review mine because i have a DWI from 30 years ago but wow. I listed the DWI when I applied so how long can it take to look at a computer screen and say "yep DWI 30 years ago and clean since".
