Reasonable safety precautions for fire, and roof falling in, and food poising, sure.. But if you are going to a move theater with a preconceived notion that your personal security is being provided for, I think that’s excessive...and not something I most people want.. Heck SCOTUS has even stated the police are not responsible for your personal security.. if not the police, do we really thing a privet business should be held to a higher standard?
In CO, (IANAL) my understanding is, signs of any type mean nothing, they have no force of law unless the location or place is already off limits by law.. A privet property owner must specifically express you are not welcome.. then if you stay your trespassing.
