Call and tell them you're not paying no stinking ticket. Even better if they mistakenly assume you're the ex-employee. :evil2:

LOL... I think that was just a suggestion if I wanted to get the LP off the system for a warrant. They never ask me to pay the ticket. They just told me the truck may get pulled over again until the clown who got the ticket in it paid up. It is more of a nusance than anything and has only happened once so far.

Not necessarily true..... Here is why I say that:
Texas Transportation Code

§ 545.404. UNATTENDED MOTOR VEHICLE. An operator may not
leave the vehicle unattended without:
(1) stopping the engine;
(2) locking the ignition; -- The ignition is still technically locked
(3) removing the key from the ignition; -- The key is removed from the ignition
(4) setting the parking brake effectively; and -- Does everyone with an automatic set their parking brake effectively (that is open to interpretation)
(5) if standing on a grade, turning the front wheels to
the curb or side of the highway.

Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
Talking with local Police Chief tonight and he said that this was only on public property, such as leaving your car running while going into QuickMart. That you can leave your car running and warming at your house and your ok. Any thoughts?
