Mine only took 2 days for them to update it online into Pending Background check. It is still in background check. I have no patience, I check it 2 or 3 times a day. I can already tell this is going to be a very long wait.

Started my wait Jan 10th with material mailed. DPS showed recieved by Jan 14th now the waiting really begins. I bet I check my status at least 5 times daily how "normal" is that ????

Hi all! Background check mode for 12 days. You would think to cut expenses, Austin would find a way to speed up the process.

Amazing that I can get a package mailed from California on 2/8 and get on 2/10 First Class Mail but it takes forever to get a small envelope 265 miles from Austin!
