if someone is driving very close to you, and it almost looks like he will try to hit your car for what ever reason, drunk or not, don't care, but you can clearly say that he is doing it intentionally, you don't know if he want to hurt you or not, i guess he is using his car as a weapon, can you use your gun for that..

All you questions about "Can I shoot" give the impression that you are looking for an opportunity rather than trying to not use your weapon. This last yarn is in not even a likely occurance.

Is it possible this guy took that 1hr online class? Try to remember that violence is rarely the best option, if you can avoid drawing your weapon DO. (The cost is very high)

That 1hr online class is not for a TX CHL. It is for another State's license that you must already have a TX CHL in order to qualify to get the license that is good for TX (a backup).

With your quote of the actual law, I would agree with you, but the reason for my stating that it "IS" deadly force is the following scenario

(i personally do would not be the initial drawing CHL in this situation, but this is just one of many situations that come to mind)

I "think" you are going to harm me, because you are running up to me from a distance and I 'think' you have the demeanor of something bad in mind. I tell you to stop, you don't comply (because you don't seem to understand that I am talking to you), don't understand (because you don't speak or comprehend English), or don't hear me because you are deaf.

you are 'actually' not running to me, but to someone right behind me, and maybe your 'scowl-look'' is normal and I perceive I am in danger.
Anyway, I draw my weapon because of the perceived threat

As soon as I draw, the person running at me, thinks that I am now confronting them, then they draw their weapon (as they are law abiding CHL holder as well) and shoot to defend themselves or protect themselves.
My actions made their actions justified as deadly force was used against them.
